6415 Brookside Dr, considered as an upper bracket home, sold Nov 1, 2012 for $3,385,000 (listing broker: Evers & Company Real Estate, Inc. / selling broker: Washington Fine Properties LLC). This Kenwood Tudor was said to be built 1930, boasts high quality renovations.
